Our corporate retreats allow you to reconnect with yourself and step away from the every day work load, surrounded by the beauty of the seaside. Experience guided walks, reflection sessions, and rejuvenating activities.
Gather your friends, set the date and arrive! we will organise everything else. From yoga or pilates, to surfing and body boarding , to coastal walks and time on the beach. Include time to reflect, . Lets tailor it to what you all need , while spending time together.

Using time away from the office with your colleagues is essential in building relationships, trust and supporting positive company culture. Reward and recognition boosts morale, motivation and continued engagement as well as wellbeing.
We offer time in a beautiful setting to reward and recognise your hard-working employees. We can build the stay around your team’s needs – from surf lessons on the amazing beach at Watergate Bay to yoga on the hillside or coastal walks on the South West Coast Path. We can be as structured or as relaxed with the offering as you wish. We can organise trips out or offer a beautiful welcoming space for pure relaxation and connection.
We are happy to incorporate coaching to support future goals for individuals or teams, we can spend time as a group reflecting on their success and celebrating their achievements. We are totally flexible and happy to organise as much or as little as you feel your team needs.
A deposit payment of £350 is required per person to secure your booking. ( Only you have not paid in full above.)
Confirmation will be sent once we have received payment.
Balance payment is due 10 weeks before the retreat.
